Our Curated Teas
The Cradle of Tieguanyin
Our authentic Tieguanyin begins its journey here—in high-altitude tea gardens constantly kissed by morning mists. This pristine environment, with its perfect balance of sunlight and rich soil, allows the tea leaves to develop their naturally thick texture and remarkably fresh, vibrant character.
Awakening the Guanyin Rhyme at 2 AM
The soul of Tieguanyin is forged in the quiet of the night. At 2:00 AM, our tea masters closely monitor the leaves, utilizing traditional shaking and rolling techniques passed down through generations. This midnight devotion is what awakens the distinctive floral orchid aroma and the legendary, deep "Guanyin Rhyme."
